Celebrate! Remote Question Contest   

Official Rules

  • By entering a response in the Celebrate! Remote Question Contest, you confirm you have read and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions of these Official Rules.

  • One (1) Winner will be randomly drawn on Thursday, October 5 at 11:00 am ET/ 10:00 am CT/ 8:00 am PT from all eligible entries for the Celebrate! Remote Question Contest as of Wednesday, Oct. 4,  2023 by 11:59 pm PT, 

  • The selected winner will receive a $50 gift card of Winner's Choice from an online retailer designated by the selected Winner. 

  • Entries to the Celebrate! Remote Question Contest must be received between Friday, September 22, 2023 and Wednesday, Oct. 4,  2023 by 11:59 pm PT. 
  • Any Contest entry may be submitted by answering the question, "What Makes You Get Up & Move?" and submitting it through any of these ways: 
  • You do not need to be a Member of Celebrate! Work from Home to be eligible to win. 
  • The winner will be selected from all eligible entries received by the deadline, between the contest start date of Friday, Sept. 22, 2023 at 12:01 am PT and the Contest deadline of Wednesday, Oct. 4 by 11:59 pm PT.
  • The Winner will be notified no later than 5 pm ET on Friday, Oct. 6, 2023, using the same method the winner did to enter the Contest.
  • Winner will confirm choice of online retailer for $50 e-gift card prize and provide email address for delivery of e-gift card and confirm agreement to accept prize.
  • If the Winner identified is unable to be contacted by Celebrate! Work from Home via email or posts on site where entry occurred, with a minimum of 3 attempts by Friday, October 13, 2023 at 12 pm ET, or if the Winner is contacted, but does not respond to confirm acceptance of the prize by this date, or if Winner declines the prize, this original Winner will forfeit the prize and another Winner will be selected.
  • Previously eligible entries submitted by the deadline and included in the original drawing, will be entered in a follow-up random drawing to identify a new Winner, by no later than Friday, October 13, 2023  by 2 pm ET.  
  • The original Winner will be exempt from winning this subsequent drawing.
  • Contest Official Rules outlined in this document will apply for this follow-up random drawing to determine a new Winner.
  • The prize will remain the same, as outlined above in these Contest Official Rules.
  • Once acceptance of prize is confirmed by winner, the winner's first name will be posted in the Get Up & Move Challenge Community, Celebrate! Work from Home, Get Up & Move and Celebrate! Work from Home Facebook pages, Celebrate! Work from Home LinkedIn page and in the Celebrate! Work from Home Member Feed, no later than 5 pm ET, Friday, Oct. 13, 2023.
  • Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received for this Celebrate! Remote Question Contest by the deadline, Wednesday, Oct., 4, 2023 by 11:59 pm PT.
  • To be eligible to win, you must reside in the United States, be 18 year or older, and share an eligible entry by the deadline of Wednesday, Oct., 4, 2023 by 11:59 pm PT.
  • Paid Membership in Celebrate! Work from Home or being a current or prior Get Up & Move Challenger, will not enhance chances of winning.
  • No purchase necessary to be eligible to win.
  • Void where prohibited.
  • Enter as often as you'd like between Friday, Sept. 22, 2023 and the deadline of Wednesday, Oct. 4, 2023, by 11:59 pm PT.
  • You may use the same or a different response if you want to enter more than once.
  • Celebrate! Work from Home LLC is the promoter of the Celebrate! Remote Question Contest.
  • Celebrate! Work from Home LLC reserves the editorial right to shorten/edit responses as needed.
  • By providing any entry to the Celebrate! Remote Question Contest, participants agree and grant permission to Celebrate! Work from Home to use comments or portions of comments submitted as set forth below.
  • Use of submitted responses by Celebrate! Work from Home may include, but is not limited to: content posted on CelebrateWorkfromHome.com, social media sites, use in online or in-person events, and similar usage as outlined here, by Celebrate! Work from Home founder, Teri Olivier.
  • Timeframe for approved usage of responses to Contest extends until December 31, 2030.
  • The first name of the person submitting the response may be included when comments are used, if deemed appropriate.

  • Employees of Celebrate! Work from Home,Vendors, and immediate family members, are not eligible to win prizes but may share responses.
  • By submitting an entry in the Remote Question Contest, participants agree to these rules and acknowledge winner selection decisions made using these Official Rules are final.
